nothing new

it's been pretty much non-stop work for the last two weeks. i haven't spoken to many people and i haven't really seen anyone for a couple weeks. but that's all going to end soon: i'm going to a concert on monday with some friends!

but something really awesome happened this weekend: i found my passport to the national parks!!!!!!!!! I haven't seen my parks passport in over a year, and i was certain i lost it during my trip back to the west coast in 2007. but this week it turned up tucked away in a bag that is never used, so i took advantage of the fact that it's back, and i visited many of the memorials and received six stamps today. my goal is to visit all the historic sites, monuments, parks, battlefieds, etc in the capitol region and I'll try to visit as many in the mid-atlantic region as i can.
